1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ckk4 platform and all associated services. By visiting the ckk4 website (ckk4.onl), downloading the mobile app, or registering an account, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are prepared for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between language versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account at ckk4, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Age Requirement: Members must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: Accurate and truthful personal information must be provided at the time of registration. Accounts created using false information will be terminated.

Ckk4 reserves the right to decline any registration request. A national ID or other supporting documents may be requested for account verification.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Ckk4 only accepts designated payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Once a deposit is successful, funds are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit.

• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting against the platform.
• Using ckk4 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.

If a member is found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed above, their account will be permanently closed without prior notice. The account balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

2. An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of submitting a complaint.
3. Complex matters may take up to 14 business days to review.
4. Ckk4's final decision shall be binding in all disputes.

10 Account Closure Policy

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Before closure, any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed and your remaining balance must be withdrawn.

Ckk4 may also close an account on its own initiative if:

• The member is found to have violated these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Account closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• Self-exclusion takes effect upon the member's request.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee may be charged starting after 12 months, up to the full remaining balance.
